Fall 2020 Sports Physical Information and Packet

 

Although it is uncertain what to expect in the fall regarding school sports, it is important to be prepared. All sports physicals are due prior to the first day of tryouts. Please email the school nurse at ccammarato@unionbeachschools.org to determine whether or not your child has a current sports physical on record.
